While fostering a mobility-impaired pet, Erin realized there was a severe lack of resources and knowledge for caring for these special animals. Struggling to find support and facing challenges with travel and daily care, she wondered how she could help other families facing similar situations.

This led her to found Wild Hearts NFP in 2014, aiming to provide resources, knowledge, and support for families caring for pets with mobility issues. What began as a mission to share information has evolved into a comprehensive support system, offering everything from custom 3D-printed mobility devices to therapy sessions, and even inspiring a national ad campaign featuring these remarkable animals.
